What Dreams May Lie
The world we are living in is unreal. What has been happening is like some kind of incomprehensible dream. And not necessarily a good one.
Freud once said beautifully that a dream come true is a nightmare. Is that the kind of dream we're in? Art interrogates reality and thus questions our assumptions, our aspirations, what we think of as ideal, what we dream of and wish for. Because what some call paradise may be entirely different for others.
